Groups will train four days per week on a Monday-Thursday schedule (unless communicated otherwise).  Below are a list of times for our different strength and conditioning sessions this summer.  Coaches will be in contact with everyone who fills out a form to communicate which session they are assigned prior to our June 6 start date. Coaches will also be communicating specific skill / open gym / field opportunities for the summer.
Session 1: Girls - All Girls / All sports - Grades 9-12:  7:30AM-9:00AM
Session 2: Boys - Grades 10th-12th: 9AM-10:00AM
Session 3: Boys - Grades 10-12th: 10AM-11AM
Session 4: Boys - ALL 9TH GRADE BOYS: 11AM-12PM
Session 5: Cross Country - ALL CROSS COUNTRY BOYS AND GIRLS: Your training sessions will be coordinated with your morning runs (DAYS & TIMES MAY VARY)
