By & For is Breakthrough's program that supports BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) young women and GNC (gender-nonconforming) youth, ages 18-24 that reside in the United States and Puerto Rico, who are emerging artists, writers, and creatives.

We amplify participants’ creative work, provide a space for them to network with other young creatives, and connect them with our team of seasoned media professionals.

We accept a varying degree of applicants from those who have an established platform, to young creatives looking to build their portfolio.
