I reviewed with my child(ren) the District Guidelines for Student Use of Mobile Learning Devices and understand that the District is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal devices while on, to, or from District property. I also understand that the District reserves the right to confiscate and search personal devices if reasonable suspicion exists that the use of the device or technology is on violation of the Acceptable Use Policy/Rule 363.2 and 363.2R. I understand that my child(ren) will not be allowed to have a mobile device at school without a signed and returned copy of this form. *
