EDM Fan Donation Application

This Fan Donation application form is part of JYP Entertainment's corporate social responsibility campaign 'EDM (Every Dream Matters)'.
All donations will go to Make-A-Wish Korea and will be used to realise the dreams of children with critical illnesses.

Every JYP Entertainment's artists' fans are welcome to apply. A 'Donation Box' for one child will be opened in the name of the artist and the artist's fans. To protect the privacy of the children with critical illnesses and to prevent discrimination, Make-A-Wish Korea does not offer the option to select which child to donate for. Make-A-Wish Korea will allocate the donation to a child who has waited for a long time to make their wish come true. The target will be between 3,000,000KRW ~ 5,000,000KRW, the exact amount will be set once the Fan Donation is assigned a child to support.
