Trapping
We request that caretakers personally trap their own cats since felines are accustomed to their caretakers, resulting in higher success rates. However, we do offer assistance on a case-by-case basis with certain aspects of the trapping process. If necessary, we can provide traps for appointments and offer training on their proper usage.

Recovery!
During recovery cats must be kept in a protected area for up to 72 hours. This could be places like a garage, a barn, a covered porch, a bathroom, or a room.  During the winter there must be some type of heat source and during the summer some type of way to keep them cool. After surgery cats can not regulate their body temperature so this is very important.
Do you have a designated space for post-surgery recovery? *
Transportation
Transporting cats to and from clinics poses one of our most significant challenges. As a completely volunteer-run organization, all of us dedicate our time outside of our full-time jobs to this rescue mission. Our primary clinic partner is the Safe Care Clinic, located at 8411 Garvey Dr # 133-A, Raleigh, NC 27616. Drop-off time typically starts at 7:30 am, with pick-up scheduled for 3:30 pm. We recommend arriving early to avoid potential long wait times.

Cost
We are committed to making a positive impact on as many individuals as possible, but it's important to acknowledge that each slot we provide comes with costs. Currently, we invest $50 per cat, and this amount doesn't cover additional necessities. We encourage individuals to contribute at this discounted rate to support our ongoing efforts. It's crucial for us to sustain our mission. Presently, we rely solely on caretakers and donations to cover appointment expenses, as we haven't received any grants. Your willingness to pay does not guarantee assistance.

Start The Process While You Wait!
While we strive to help as many cats as possible, registration does not guarantee availability of spay/neuter services. To start the spay and neuter process yourself here is a link to a low cost spay and neuter/voucher program locator, www.baileyshumanrescue.org/snlocator.
