Join SFAHBA members and PNM to learn about PNM’s improvements to their New Service Delivery process intended to improve our customer experience.

PNM will give a brief overview of changes they are implementing for greater service, introduce their online application portal, and close with an overview of their entire process.  We will also reserve time for SFAHBA builder members to provide feedback and have PNM answer any questions you all may have.
