This form is for students returning to our REP. New students need to complete the New Student Registration.

St. Thomas of Villanova Parish agrees to:

1. Support parents as they fulfill their obligation as the primary educators of their children in the faith.

2. Provide a professional Religious Education Program that includes:

     a. proper and adequate learning space (when safety protocols lift)

     b. competent and trained staff, catechists and other volunteer personnel

     c. Archdiocesan approved texts, media and auxiliary materials

     d. necessary guidelines, evaluations and supplies

     e. communication of parish events and opportunities of service

     f. current faith enrichment materials for parents
