Coffeehouse Christmas Sign-up Sheet
Hello church family! 

There are several volunteer positions that we are looking to fill for this Coffeehouse Christmas! Please look these over and consider volunteering your time to serve the people of El Paso and help provide an opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Please choose the roles and showtimes you are able to help and note that the times listed are the arrival times for your volunteer position.

The production times are December 8th @ 7 pm, December 9th @ 5 and 7 pm, and December 10th @ 9 and 11 am.

Kitchen Crew

When: Arrives 1 hour before show time

Where: Report to the kitchen in the Activities Center

What: Prepares Coffee, Cookies, and Hot Cocoa
Greeter

When: Arrive 30 minutes before show time

Where: Report to Ana in the Lobby of the Worship Center

What: Welcome people and help them with any questions they may have

When: Arrive 40 minutes before show time

Where: Report to Pastor Kerry in the Lobby of the Worship Center

What: Help people park, cross the street, and keep an eye out for suspicious activity.

Camera Operator

When: Arrive 30 minutes before show time

Where: Report to Judah in the sound booth of the Worship Center

What: Record and set up camera angles for live stream.

*This role also requires attending the production dress rehearsals for practice. Our Creative Director, Judah Webb, will reach out to with more info should you sign-up.

Stage Hand

When: Arrive 1 hour before show time

Where: Report to Judah in the sound booth of the Worship Center

What: Help set up props, scenery, and assist the cast and crew as needed.
