The Parents Club is planning for next year and we need your help! We are looking for anyone interested in any of the Parents Club activities. Please submit this form by Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

Please select any Parents Club BOARD POSITIONS you might be interested in.

Treasurer: Attends board meetings; Creates a budget, manages all finances, and provides financial reports on all Parent Club accounts and activities. Serves as assistant treasurer for a year, then treasurer the second year.

Recording Secretary: Attends board meetings; takes minutes at the meeting.

Chaplain: Attends board meetings and opens those meetings with a short devotional and prayer.

Corresponding Secretary: Attends board meetings; sends out cards throughout the year to faculty, staff and families of USJ that have had an illness, family loss, etc.

Caring Liaison: Attends board meetings; coordinate with class representative and room mothers to provide support for a family following a tragedy or loss.

Hospitality: Chairman attends board meetings. Committee is in charge of planning/setting up food and beverages for 3 to 4 different functions throughout the year.

New Family Liaison: Attends board meetings, sends out welcome letters, and helps plan events for new families.

Teacher Liaison: Attends board meetings; report all teacher questions, updates, and requests to the Board. Promote and provide Parent Club event information to teachers.

Class Representative: Attends board meetings. The rep is responsible for securing room mothers in each class and leading a grade level parent meeting. The rep helps plan events such as teacher breakfasts, teacher appreciation week, and/or Christmas lunches, etc.
