The email will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you to send the materials of the event and support your application. The images shall be used for the sole purpose of documenting and promoting the activities carried out during the event and shall be published on the University website and/or social networks (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), as well as in brochures and other material promotional. The legal basis for this processing activity is represented by Art. 6.1.e) of the Regulation ("performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority"). You may withdraw your consent at any time and request the removal of the Images by writing to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@unive.it. The University shall remove the Image from its website or from its public pages on social networks within fifteen working days of receiving the request. Where the Images have been published in paper or multimedia format, in the event of your objection to further circulation, these Images shall be removed from the next reprinting. The Images shall be stored for a maximum of ten years. As data subject, you have the right to obtain from the university, in the circumstances provided for by the Regulation, access to personal data, rectification, completion and erasure of said data or the restriction of processing, or the right to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
