We are full for Food Trucks, Scentsy, Colorstreet, Freeze Dried Treats, Jewelry, Paparazzi, Pure Romance, Paper Pie, & Permanent Jewelry.

This Event will have 100+ vendors including Food Trucks. There will be contests all day and free entry fun.

The spaces will be 10x10 or 10x20. Outdoor only booths.

Vendor fees can be paid via Venmo (@pokypartybarn), PayPal, Cash in Pocatello, or Card over the phone or via emailed invoice. Refund Policy: Vendor Fees are refundable ONLY if we cancel the event for whatever reasons on our end. If you have to cancel and are unable to attend for ANY reason the fee is Transferrable to any future event, but NOT REFUNDABLE.

SRD's Haunted Attractions will be hosting a Summer Scream FestEvil! They will have a full cast haunting the trail after 9. We anticipate large numbers for this event.

We prefer your items are Halloween/Horror or unique, but will consider all.

Come in the gates and find Nikki or Frank at the information booth. Setup on this event will be as early as Noon on Friday and ask that you be set up by 5pm on Friday. Please stay set up until 9pm on Saturday. Direct any questions to the phone number or email address above.

There will be grass space for vendors that will need to be set up and torn down by 9pm each night to avoid sprinklers. These will not have camping attached.

A camp space for vendors is available behind your space. So if you have a 10x10 booth... your space will be 10x40 for the campsite attached. If you have a 10x20 booth... your space will be 20x40 for your attached camp site.

Camping is available at the RV park at the event center. $45 per night for full hookups.

Prize/Raffle Sponsor - Donate an item or gift card from your business for a prize or raffle item and be included on the main event banner, mentioned at the event by the DJ, and be mentioned as a prize sponsor in advertising at at the event..

Silver Level - Logo Placed on Main Event Banner, Mentioned at the Event by the DJ. - $50

Gold Level - All of Silver, Plus a banner of your business at the event, your logo on PocatelloEvents.com for 2022, and a social media post. - $200

Platinum Level - Main Sponsor - All of Silver, Gold, plus your banner hung at the entrance of the event, your logo will be placed on flyers, posters, community calendars, and any other advertising we do - $500.
