Navigating Burnout: Insights from BIPOC Professionals in Animal Well-Being
The questions in this three-part survey aim to explore and gain diverse perspectives from Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) in the animal well-being field. Your responses are being collected by two Latinas/women of color who aim to preserve your safety and privacy and will ensure your responses remain anonymous.

The results of this survey will be summarized and used to support a presentation we are doing on trauma that is experienced in our workplaces – not only from the nature of the daily work, but also as BIPOC individuals. We’d like to capture the harm that is experienced and how we navigate these challenges to ground ourselves in the work we're doing.
