I am really sorry to intrude into your holiday period but with the government's announcement on Wednesday 30 December about the delay in secondary school students returning onto school sites in January, there are a number of practical issues that we need some information from you in order to help us finalise our provision over the next few weeks.

If you have more than one child at the school, please open the form again and submit answers for each of your children separately.
