We are pleased to announce that in November, the WUT BS, in cooperation with Career Angels, is starting a new series of the the Talent Tree meetings. The theme of the first workshop is "For Managers: Job Market 2020. Ready for bots, ATS, AI, VUCA?".

We will show how technology supports recruitment processes… and how it
can (and does) negatively interfere with them; so that active
candidates can use this knowledge for their own benefit and turn it
into landing job offers!

We will discuss the difference between “CV for human eyes” and a “CV
for ATS”. We will share the results of our own research in that field.
Spoiler: it is necessary to have 2 versions depending on the channel.
And these 2 CVs don’t really have much in common!
