This form pledges a student's commitment to participate in the full 23-24 Marching Band Season.
Parents should fill the Commitment Form along-side their student(s) to ensure understanding and accurate responses.
By filling out this form, I am acknowledging that both my student and I have read the marching band handbook and adhere to all information contained therein. I understand that my student will attend all practices and camp dates barring disease or death in the family. I agree to pick up my student within 30 minutes of the scheduled release time for each day of camp and practice. I am aware than failure to do so can and will result in the removal of the student and that there will be no refund of fees. I understand that all fees ($100.00) are due by the first day of camp 07/22/2024 . EVERYTHING DAY will be Sunday May 26th 2pm-5pm to secure secure necessary equipment and uniform sizing. Participation in the entire 2024-2025 season grants a student eligibility to participate in a reward trip (to be decided at the Band Booster meetings (2nd Monday of the month at 6:30).4
