Nomination Form for RAD
Simpatico Theatre is in planning to launch a Rotating Artistic Director (RAD) program that will launch in 2021 during their 16th Season. We are looking for emerging leaders who are interested in learning more about the Administrative tasks of running a non-profit theatre, programming a Season of plays, and generally helping expand our community!

While we are still working out the details, here is what we know:
We are asking for a 2 year commitment (one season as Associate Artistic Director, one season as Artistic Director)
Should be based in the Philadelphia area.
This will be a paid part-time position (less than 20 hours/week), we are not able to offer specific salary information at this time but we will share that information with all involved as soon as we are able and before we conduct any interviews. We are happy to answer any questions we can throughout the process.
