Pixelles Call for Speakers: Game Dev Mom Micro-Talks
Game dev moms are some of the most powerful people in games! 

With Mother's Day happening in May, we want to give a whole platform to game dev moms to talk for 10 minutes about whatever they want (around game development). These micro talks can be about their discipline, skillsets, game, postmortem, inspirational, studio inclusivity, leadership, and of course anything on being a mom too.

Eligibility:
  • Give a 10 minute micro-talk with slides
  • Anyone who is a parent and self-identifies with the mom label.They can be nonbinary, transgender, cisgender, adoptive, currently expecting, and more...
  • Anyone who is currently a game dev professional, of any seniority level (yes juniors too!), including those in non-production roles
  • First time speakers are welcome!

Event Details:
  • Online event via Zoom
  • Takes place on Wednesday May 22nd, EST timezone (see question below)
  • Honorarium for speakers (amount to be confirmed)
