HELPER - Gloucestershire Scouting on the Water Weekend - 21st to 22nd Sept 2019


Gloucestershire Scouting on the Water is running a training weekend
on the 21st to 22nd September 2019 at Croft Farm, Tewkesbury. With a camp setup on Friday 20th.

This will be our 6th year and each year goes from strength to strength with help from leaders and helpers such as you. So thank you for volunteering to assist with this weekend.

Unfortunately we need to cover our camping, launch and food costs, therefore there will be a small cost of £15 for the weekend.

We shall be collecting kit during the Friday morning and on site for lunchtime. So if you can help prior to the evening can you indicate below please.

As a helper on the water you can swim 50 metres un-aided.

The cost is :-
£15 for the Saturday - Sunday.
This cost covers, camping fee, launch fees and food.

Leaders only can stay Friday evening and we shall provide an evening meal and Saturday morning breakfast. There will however be an additional £5 to cover food and camp fees.
