Directions:
Submit individually.
Once you get a confirmation, an email will be sent to you that includes the waiver form. Extra hardcopies will be available in your office.
It is required that every participant signs the waiver or gets it signed by a parent if a student.
Put money and waiver in an envelope, label with your name, and turn it into the dropbox in your school office. Money due by May 24th. People in the same family can submit in the same envelope, but each person needs their own waiver form signed by a parent.
Recommended donation of $10 dollars per person if buying in advance. $15 at the door (but bring a signed waiver form when you register on the day of)
