VENDOR SIGNUP DEADLINE IS MARCH 31st, 2024. Payments must be made within 1 week of application approval.

Vendor fee is set at $75, with net proceeds going to our Annual Fundraising efforts for Youth Outlook Drop-in Center in Ottawa. Each Vendor will be given a 10×10 foot space--please indicate in the proper space below if you will need a table and chairs.

Vendor fees can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be made payable to SRCCF (the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation) with "Family Pride Fund" written on the memo line. Cash and check donations can be dropped off or mailed to Dylan Conmy, c/o Prairie Fox Books, 719 LaSalle Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350.

To make your vendor payment with a credit card, please go to https://www.srccf.org/items/ottawa-family-pride-fund and make sure you select "Ottawa Family Pride Fund" once you get to the donation page.

ALL VENDOR PAYMENTS GO THROUGH AS DONATIONS TO THE OTTAWA FAMILY PRIDE FUND. They are tax deductible, and all tax information will be provided to you from SRCCF after they receive and process your payment in the tender you have chosen.
