Thank you for registering for our Creve Coeur Adventure Camp!

*Please Read Before Filling Out the Following Form*

A $200 dollar deposit is required for each week of camp your child is attending. The remaining balance will be due by the first day of the event (cash, check, debit/credit card). Registrations must be made at least 5 days prior to the camp start date. No rider will be permitted to participate without valid proof of health insurance.

We hate to be sticklers but it takes a lot of planning and commitment to run this camp, because of this the refund policy is as follows:

A written request must be received four or more weeks prior to the registered session, the initial deposit will be forfeited for administrative costs. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals occurring less than four weeks prior to the registered session including absences, dismissal, any voluntary withdrawal from the camp. Registrants unable to participate in the camp due to unforeseen medical conditions may be eligible for a full refund; a refund will be provided upon St. Louis Mountain Bike Camps receipt of a signed letter from the participant’s physician.
