Thank you for your interest in producing a showcase room at Midwest Arts Xpo (MAX) in Indianapolis, IN September 16-19, 2024.

Submitting this form is not a guarantee of room placement (and placement is not first-come, first-served.) The rooms will be assigned based on the information provided, the recommendation of the Showcase Committee and approval by the Heartland Performing Arts Inc. Board of Directors.

Application deadline is 11:59pm on Friday, March 8, 2024. Successful applicants will be notified no later than Friday, April 5, 2024.
