2020-2021 Roselawn Condon Parent Survey
CPS has decided that students will be returning to the school building following the blended model. We are asking parents to complete this quick survey ASAP as we meet and prepare for the 2020-2021 school year. This information will be needed in the decision making process and implementation of new protocols and procedures. It is time-sensitive but important that this survey is completed so our school and district are able to make sure all families are able to receive necessary information sent via email, phone, and/or mail. Please complete this short survey immediately but no later than Thursday, July 16.

**New device deployment is on August 3-4 from 9:00 to 4:00 pm for grades 2-12th. If given a device in the summer, please bring it in to trade for the new device (location TBA).
