All our photographers have either attended a course where they have proven their skills or they have impressed us with their portfolio. All requests are shared in our pool, but depending on capacity we may not be able to fulfill certain orders. At the moment we are not allowed to pay our event photographers / portrait photographers a salary. However, as a commission we strive for a balanced budget and somehow we have to finance our professional equipment. 100CHF  per hour is our "target", although we understand and know that this is not always possible. The time spent by our photographers is typically about three times as long as the time spent present.
