Move Learning Retreat Roommate Finder
We want to help you find a new friend and partner for our upcoming MOVE Learning Retreat in Mexico, April 30-May 5, 2026. Fill out this form and we will match you with a roommate that you don't know.

We will match you based on a first come, first serve basis, once we determine an appropriate match based on your answers below. 

What are the steps:

1) Fill out this form 
2) You will be emailed once you have matched with each nurse's details
4) You will have 48 hours (or until *** @ 1200 PST, whichever comes sooner) to register at the designated ticket price
5) You connect and meet in Akumal, Mexico!

Terms:
As you await for a match submission, there is no guarantee that registration will still be available. Please keep your eye on our notifications about sales and if we are selling out. You are not guaranteed a spot or a match by filling out this form. 

If your roommate cancels, you will be given the opportunity to match with someone else. If we cannot find you a match, we will bill you the difference between your double and single room, based on hotel availability. In the case a member of a triple cancels, we will not match you with another roommate and will bill both roommates the difference between your triple and double room, based on hotel availability. 

Please note: The roommate matching program is a courtesy of Bundle Birth and if you agree to a match, regardless of the date of cancellation, Bundle Birth will require 50% of the registration fee as non-refundable (this is different than our general refund policy), prior to May 1, 2023. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2023.
