Medic Mentality is a nonprofit organisation which aims to support students in their medical school applications. All of our services are FREE but are exclusively for students from underprivileged backgrounds. This is a short questionnaire to get to know our mentees a bit better. *Interviews will be conducted online, or in person, depending on the mentor. Whether or not you'd like more than one interview will depend on the arrangements made between the mentor and you, the mentee.

***Note: Long-term mentorship refers to mentorship for the duration of your medical school application process. The benefit of this service is continuation and enables you to build a professional relationship with your mentor. Your mentor will also check up on you on a regular basis, academically and well-being-wise. It is important to take care of your mental health during this process and we want to help you the best way possible in this way. Short-term mentorship refers to mentorship for a specific service. For example, just for our personal statement review service.
