Tung Wah College strives to implement effective learning and teaching activities in its programmes. The Quality Assurance Office (QAO) has all along organised Learning and Teaching Seminars to promote quality culture and good practices in learning and teaching in the College. All new and existing academic staff, including part-time staff, are very much welcome to join. New academic staff without prior degree level teaching experience who joined the Learning and Teaching Seminars would be considered to have earned part of the required hours of the Academic Staff Induction Programme (ASIP), where appropriate.

According to the College’s staff development policy, all new academic staff who have no prior experience in teaching full-time degree programmes are required to complete the Academic Staff Induction Programme (ASIP) during their first year of employment.
