Badge Request Form
Based on requests from volunteers and community partners, we are now able to provide badges that remove the term "Master Gardener." This design (below) has been reviewed and approved by the University of Minnesota Extension office and Master Gardener Volunteer Program State Leadership. The RCMG Board approved use of this badge design at the May 2022 meeting.

To request a plastic generic "Volunteer" badge to use when serving in the community, please provide your name below. This badge is available for $0.00 to RCMG volunteers.

Badges will be printed MONTHLY and available for pick-up at the next RCMG Monthly Meeting. If you need a plastic badge sooner or are not able to attend the next RCMG Monthly Meeting, contact Darren Lochner directly, 715-456-0690 or dlochner@umn.edu to coordinate a different pick-up time.

Temporary, sticker versions of the badge design will be available to volunteers serving on specific projects; volunteers are asked to write their name on the temporary sticker name tags.
