As I transition into the role of Director of Student Support Services, I have three main goals: listen to, explore, and to evaluate our current systems to better understand how well our programs are meeting the needs of our students.  To ensure a productive path forward, I seek to gain a deep understanding of the successes, challenges and obstacles our students experience in order to inform the purpose of the work of the Student Support Services Team.
