Contest for students 16+. For each point accumulated, you will have an entry into a drawing for gift cards. For accumulating 5 points, you earn a t-shirt. The most points wins $100.
Points are as follows:
Being registered to vote-1pt
Post a picture of yourself on social media wearing your “I voted” sticker-5pts
Being a member of the LWVLCF (it’s free)-1pt
Recruiting a member (anyone 16+)-2pts
Making a Tik Tok or Insta story about voting or redistricting (tagging our social media)-2pts
Volunteer at a voter registration or Vote411 event-5pts
Attend any of our candidate forum (New Hanover or Brunswick)-1pt
Attend a LWV event-1pt
Attend a local action team meeting-1pt
Watch a LWVLCF video on our YouTube page and email reaction to molly@lwvlcf.org-1 pt
Contest ends November 2nd, all entries need done by 8pm. Winners will be announced by Friday, Nov 5th.
