Elite Adult:
Players must be born in 2003 or earlier
9am Friday 27th September - 5pm Sunday 29th September
5v5 plus goalies
Full sized court
Preliminary games: 3 x 12-minute periods. The last two (2) minutes of each game will be played as effective time.
Play-off games: 3 x 15-minute periods. The last two (2) minutes of each game will be played as effective time.

Open Adult:
Players must be born in 2003 or earlier

Open U11:
For players born 2008-2011
8am-7pm Saturday 28th September
5v5 plus goalies
Reduced court size and goal size
3 x 8-minute periods for all games.

Payment:
Payments are to be made to the Wellington Storm Club account: 38-9017-0795867-00
Please use your team name and WFO as a reference.

Team list:
Please list each players first and last name as well as shirt number.
If this information is currently unknown, you may fill this out later. Team lists and shirt numbers (shirt numbers are mandatory) are due by September 20th, 5pm. Please also list a team captain.

Referees/scoring duty:
Each team is to nominate a team official who is responsible for completing and signing the Match Record after each match.
All teams are required to provide two (2) referees and one (1) scorer/timekeeper, for certain games as determined in the WFO Fixture. Failure to do so will result in the team losing 2 points on the tournament ladder for each time in which referees do not attend a scheduled game.
Nominated referee list is due by September 20th 5pm.

Other key info:

- A goalie is allowed to be substituted and then continue to play as field player in the same game.
- Teams need to have matching shirts/colours. Numbers are compulsory.
- Mixed teams are allowed for all grades.
- Open U11 and Open U13 grade players are allowed to play up one age group.
- A player can only represent one team in the tournament.
