Tu es inscrit-e au shall we play (ou pas) et tu aimerais donner un coup de main le weekend du 22 au 25 février ? Ce serait formidable. Ce festival existe grâce à des bénévoles acharné-es toute l'année qui auront besoin de toi pendant le weekend.

Il y a plein de tâches possibles: tenir un créneau de bar, tenir un créneau d'accueil, conduire les profs aux différents lieux du festival, ranger et nettoyer la salle, poser le parquet, ouvrir les salles de classes, ...

Que tu puisses aider 30 min ou plus, on t'invite à remplir ce formulaire pour nous aider à préparer le planning de bénévoles. Pour ordre de grandeur, on a besoin d'au moins 60 bénévoles (hors parquet).

Ce sera l'occasion de partager des moments sympas avec d'autres bénévoles, et surtout on a vraiment besoin d'aide :)

You have registered for the Shall We Play (or not) and you would like to help out the weekend of February 22 to 25? That would be amazing. This festival exists thanks to hardworking volunteers all year round who will need your help during the weekend.

There are plenty of possible tasks: running a bar slot, running a reception slot, driving the teachers to the different locations of the festival, tidying up and cleaning the room, laying the flooring, opening the classrooms, etc.

Whether you can help for 30 minutes or more, we invite you to fill out this form to help us prepare the volunteer schedule. For an order of magnitude, we need at least 60 volunteers (excluding the floor).

It will be an opportunity to share fun moments with other volunteers, and above all we really need your help :)
