Steubenville Youth Conference 2021


Steubenville is a high energy youth conference in which thousands of teens are invited to encounter Jesus Christ through dynamic speakers, engaging music, the Sacraments, small group discussions, and fellowship with other teens. Our conferences are an outreach of Franciscan University in partnership with the St. Louis Archdiocesan Office of Youth Ministry.

St. Vincent will depart Friday morning and return Sunday afternoon.

The Steubenville Mid-America Youth Conference includes a van trip to and from Springfield, MO., two nights of lodging at Missouri State University, two t-shirts, daily programming, Adoration, Mass with the Archbishop, the opportunity for Reconciliation, as well as meals beginning with Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.

Registration is open to all 8th grade, high school, and college students. Registration and a $50.00 non-refundable deposit are due ASAP. The remaining balance will be due by May 29, 2020.

​Cost is $150.00 total for a chaperone. Fundraising opportunities for the youth are available throughout the year.


The trip will be chaperoned by St. Vincent Youth Ministry adult leaders and Coordinator of Youth Ministry.

I understand that as a chaperone, I am responsible for the teens in my care, and will do my best to watch over the wellbeing of the entire group as well.                                                                                                                                                                                 2. I recognize that there are risks inherent in participation in any activity and agree to hold the St. Vincent Youth Ministry, its affiliates, and its and their employees, volunteers, and agents, harmless from any personal injury or damage to or loss of personal property not caused by the negligence or misconduct of the St. Vincent Youth Ministry, its affiliates and its and their employees, volunteers, and agents.                                                                                                                                                             3. In the case of a medical emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact my emergency contact, but in the event that they cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to be evaluated, diagnosed, and treated in accordance with standard medical practice by licensed medical personnel.                                                                                                                                            4. I hereby give permission to St. Vincent Youth Ministry to use any photographs or video footage taken of me in print on their website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc)  for promotional purposes.
