This approval is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the USAC National Office. This request is good for January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. All NASCAR Youth Series Underage Handlers must renew their Underage handler approval annually.

recognized
at the National Races in 2024. Underage handlers should conduct themselves in a reasonable manner which should not result in violating any rules, conduct regulations, etc as set forth in the NASCAR Youth Series rulebook.
