🌿 Please read the following terms before submitting a commission request. 🌿
◘ I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
◘ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my personal websites and social media accounts, and to use them for marketing or promoting my artwork and commission services.
◘ Nothing made by myself (tooth&branch) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to: NFTs, cryptocurrency, and future inventions in the space.
◘ Nothing made by myself (tooth&branch) may be used in AI image generators or their databases.
◘ The prices listed are a baseline; certain requests (e.g. excessive revisions or complex designs) will increase the price.
◘ Payment will be requested through Paypal or Square, in full, after the rough sketch is approved.
◘ Payment cannot be refunded once the rough sketch is approved; finished artwork is not refundable.
◘ For sketch commissions, full payment is
expected up front.
◘ I retain the right to reuse rejected sketches for future commissions or personal works.
◘ Commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to sell it or reproduce it (e.g. using the design to create merchandise or prints) for resale. Please credit me when sharing the artwork; do not trace it or claim it as your own. Do not upload or sell the artwork using blockchain-related technologies.
◘ You can resize or crop the commissioned work for your own use, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
◘ Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for the completion of any piece. More complex pieces may take longer.
◘ Completion within 7 days or less may be considered as a "rush order" at 2.5 times the price.
◘ All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you agree to all of the above terms.
