The CDA agreement is a 2 year requirement. You understand that this means you must stay with Pettengill Academy for 2 years in order for forgiveness of the CDA cost, otherwise the amount will be deducted from any remaining paychecks. *

We will take this application and use it to evaluate admission into the CDA program along with other factors such as but not limited to, length of service and tardiness ( or lack there of ).

Anyone accepted and approved for admission into the CDA program will be notified of their acceptance, typically we try to limit the total number of individuals in the program during the course of a typical year to no more than 10.
