To register athletes in your delegation for Option A of the Virtual Winter Games, complete the form below.

You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
       o HOD Name/Email
       o Athlete: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Event (Qualifying Score not required)

We ask that all entrants on this page have reviewed the E-participant waiver (https://www.somaine.org/wp-content/uploads/SOMaine-E-PARTICIPANT-DISCLAIMER.pdf) from the state office prior to the start of the event.

At anytime during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section.  Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD will receive an email (to the email provided) with a PDF confirmation of what was submitted.
