Being part of this community requires that you participate in monthly General Meetings,  work parties to care for our common spaces, the meal sharing program, and committee work. This means a commitment of approximately 7 to 14 hours a month. Are you inspired, willing and able to contribute in this way? Please share more with us about your particular areas of interest. *

We recognize that relationships and good communication are essential cornerstones to maintaining a harmonious community. We do our best to practice a variety of communication methods to strengthen healthy connections between us. We use a model of 'consensus-based decision making' and this entails learning, patience and compromise. It is a wonderful experience of group-based process, and is not always easy.
