Please complete the form below to register for the Creativity in Therapy Training and Consultation Group.

This training group will meet for 5 weekly sessions via Google Meet on Fridays, 12:00-2:00pm. Dates are 4/23/21, 4/30/21, 5/7/21, 5/14/21, 5/21/21.

Participants are expected to attend and pay for all 5 meetings (but you will have access to an online version of the training in case you do need to miss one and makeup a unit). No payment is due before the first group. You can choose to pay weekly ($45/week or in full for a discount to $200 total)

Since we will not be in person, all participants will need to have their own art supplies. A list of suggested materials will be emailed after you register, but expect to need paper, some kind of markers, pencils, or crayon, oil pastels or chalk, paint of your choice, collage material (like magazines), and clay or other 3D art material.

Certificate for 10 CEs will be provided upon completion (includes 1 hour Ethics).
