Vidhi in collaboration with the India International Centre is hosting Great Cases as part the 'The Working of the Indian Constitution: Stories and Scholarship'. This is the 3rd discussion in the Great Cases series. This will focus on decoding the law around defection in India, with Subhash Desai v Principal Secretary, Governor of Maharashtra as the base.
