Conceptual clarifications
The questionaire is based on a litterature-review to clarify  what is sustainable forest management (SFM), what is a forest-related concept and what is a sylvicultural system. A list of definition of forest-related concepts is provided here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ekdatF2JVU6zNKL097r3V5837b7yCdcJ/view?usp=sharing
