We are excited to be welcoming food trucks from the Rochester community again this season for 2021!
The summer food truck schedule will kick off Memorial Day weekend on May 28th and carry through until about November 15th.

We offer a large drop off port and are located directly across from St. Mary's Hospital entrance and are located on the shuttle line for the Mayo Clinic.

Our community hosts 277 luxury apartments and 73 hotel suites with countless residents and guests walking through our lobby on a daily basis. Currently, our 2nd street retail space is vacant, so restaurant variety at this location is in short supply and high demand!
