The Gardens Good Neighbor Award
The Good Neighbor award is given out once a quarter by The Gardens HOA Board of Directors to an individual who significantly contributes to our community in a positive way and/or furthers the HOA's mission to "Promote the health, safety, welfare, and interests of the owners and residents of The Gardens of Sunnyvale, and to preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life within the community."

The nominee can be recognized for actions that are simple and special to grand and complex. Or they can be recognized for actions that are beyond what is normally encompassed by a homeowner's responsibilities or the job duties of those serving on a committee or the HOA Board.

Anyone can submit a nomination. Thank you in advance for nominating your neighbor! The award recipients will be featured on the website and presented with a certificate of recognition from the HOA Board. Nominees will also receive an honorary mention.
