Policy & Info
This form is not a reservation for your order. After form is filled, you will receive an email, with an invoice for your desired box within 24 hours. After that, you will receive forms of acceptable payments. Payment is due no later than 3 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date. If payment is not received, you will forfeit your reservation and will not receive your item. If your order is within 24-72 hours, you must pay when invoice is received. Once item is picked up, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If you submit a photo of inspiration from another artist, we will take that into consideration, but we do not duplicate. All of our art is original, but you may submit a theme and your idea of what it is that you expect. Once the order is placed, theme cannot be changed.
We will communicate with you the day before item is to be picked up, delivered or meet up. Location of meet up (if that’s the option) needs to be in a public place. We truly appreciate your interest in our work and we hope you you enjoy it as much as we enjoy making it. Thank You!
