This form is used for requesting a tournament account for use on Thunderdome.

Accounts created in 2023 onwards are now perpetual and if you have already requested and been supplied one, you do not need to request another account. During the "Pre-season" phases of tournaments, this list will be checked and processed multiple times a week.

Accounts on Tranquility will be reviewed to ensure they are in "Good Standing" as per the policies outlined on https://community.eveonline.com/support/policies/ 

 
If you are unsure of your account standing, you are always welcome to submit a request for a tournament account and you'll be notified if you're not eligible.

Similar to Singularity, usage of Thunderdome does have its own additional rules - the details of which can be found in the user guide here: https://web.ccpgamescdn.com/aws/community/Thunderdome_v2_0.pdf 

By requesting an account you acknowledge that you accept that you will abide by these additional rules.

Information you will be asked for:
Two required fields:
Character Name: So we know who's making the request!
Email address: This should match what's on your tranquility account so we can verify it's you making the request and will be where your login details are sent to!

Two optional fields:
EVE Who URL: This can be particularly helpful if you have a specific capitalization on your name, or you share a similar name with someone else, finding your character here and posting the URL can especially make sure that you've got the correct character (and its spelt correctly!)
Discord Tag: Whilst we can respond to queries directly via email, if you're on the EVE Online Discord and supply your Discord tag then we can directly get in touch if required to resolve any issues quickly.
