This is where you can record all the information that links to the database that we will share.
As you'll see the first three are mandatory, and we'll be checking to make sure they are all valid, if not, you will be deleted from the database and have to resubmit, without notice.
You have to link the database in every video making it easy for your subscribers to see who else is participating in the 12 days of Anime and help spread the joy!

- Please have your intro video done before adding yourself to the database, we will delete your row if it's missing an introduction video or blog post, without warning-
