A quick overview of our timeline:

Submissions Close June 17
Approvals & requests for reservations & confirmations June 18-24
Space confirmations & submission to Campus Events/Niner Engage July 1st
Website goes live–finalized with all events July 16th
Gold Rush: August 16-September 1

Please read the terms of agreement carefully at the end of the application. If your event is approved for inclusion in the official Gold Rush schedule, your organization or department will be held responsible for following all terms listed.
