Boomi's Early Access programs provide early access to beta versions of Boomi innovations, enabling you to test functionality and provide feedback during the development process. However, these beta features are "as is." Nothing you receive through this Tech Preview Limited voluntary program comes with any warranty. The beta versions of innovations shared through this program are not final production releases and are not supported under Boomi's service agreements such as Boomi's Master Service Agreement, or Boomi SLA or support service, Boomi Subscription Level Agreements and may not be functionally complete. They are not intended for production use.
As Boomi considers whether to make future iterations of these innovations generally available, we will attempt to resolve any issues that customers experience when using these features. We do look forward to learning your feedback and we consider that feedback when we look to make improvements or corrections. In consideration for Boomi offering you this preview of the beta version(s) and Boomi taking input on the possible release of that functionality in the future, any and all feedback, ideas, suggestions, recommendations, code, or descriptions that you provide while participating, whether orally or in writing, in any manner, is hereby assigned, irrevocable, to Boomi Inc.
By providing feedback you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide that feedback, you will not assert any intellectual property claim or that Boomi requires any license from you or your employer, and that to the best of your knowledge Boomi may freely implement your feedback without violating any party's rights. We believe the opportunity for you to see a preview of a beta release, and the opportunity for us to hear feedback, are valuable for both of us. If a beta feature does not meet our standards or if you raise important concerns, we might not ever release that particular innovation (for example, a possible new connector) or feature in full production. If this happens, we cannot guarantee that particular innovation will be released in a supported manner.
