We apologize for the delay in opening the camp registration link.  Our camp registration process is changing, and while we wait for the forms to be finalized, we would like to collect the information of families that are interested in signing up for camp! Answering these short questions will help us create a list of interested parents, and once camp registration officially opens, we will send the information to you directly via email.

This short survey contains questions regarding Summer Camp, but does not ask for medical information.  Additionally, this is NOT a camp application, but rather a means to gather contact information to show interest in attending camp.
