If you are looking for Heavenly Bakes & Cakes Valentine's Day Order Form, then you are in the right place! Please complete this form to the best of your knowledge and I will send you a confirmation when it is received (within 48 hours). I will send you the pickup address and total with the confirmation. I also deliver as well! Deliveries will take place from 10am-8pm (I cannot guarantee a specific time because of volume of orders) I do have a delivery fee of $1.25 per mile ($5 minimum). Also please use the comments/notes section to your advantage, you can list qualities, flavors, colors, and how you would like your items personalized in that box.
